Let me first say… I don’t have the time for this nor am I educated enough to be writing this blog. With that said. Who am I am what is JTX Creations. I am Dawn, a wife, mother of two amazing, strong hearted and loving children, police officer, Creative Memories Consultant, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. I wear two capes daily and sometimes hourly. “SuperCOPmomma” I am…
This is where we get our name. J is for our first born, a daughter, Jordan who is 9 years old. T is for my ROCK my husband of ten years and counting. X is for our miracle baby, a son, Xander who is 7 years old. All their first letters of their names together is where I got JTX Creations and the inspiration daily for me to create, laugh, live, make memoires and love.
I have always been a creative soul. I loved rescueing the neighborhood as I pretended to be wonderwoman, celebrating life through pictures that I started taking once I could, singing, dancing, acting, debating, writing, scrapbooking, fixing furniture and just simply creating. However, I can’t sew and my mother-in-law (GOD BLESS HER HEART) gave up on me. I am blessed that my husband and nine year old can sew thanks to our extremly talented Mom/Granma/Mother-in-law. This is a talent I am not blessed with. However, God has given me many other talents.
Eleven years ago on June 26, 2001, I met my husband. I look back over those early years and embrace the journey… You can read our love story later… Our journey.. you can read later…
Through the years we have been together we have grown apart and grown together. I celebrate the life we have together as a family and I strive daily and fail hourly to be more; to be the wife and mother my family deserves.
With that said… I may not be a daily blogger, or even an interesting blogger, but I promise you will hear the heart of a mother who struggles to be the woman God has called her to be not only for her husband, but for her children too.
We started creating projects as a family one day. My kids inspire me hourly and my husbands ability to go with the flow is a blessing… Pinterest is a dirty word in our house! We pray that you will love our family plaques and support our journey as we attempt new projects!
May God bless your family richly and may you always see the beauty in every circumstance.
God Bless,
“SuperCOPmomma”
